Gather and Celebrate

Get the whole gang together with our whole village rental. By renting the entire Songbird Village (all 4 cabins), you can stay close together while enjoying the space and privacy each cabin offers. The central pavilion is perfect for gatherings, with an outdoor kitchen, fire pit, picnic tables, and access to trailheads. It’s the perfect naturale setting for low-key weddings, reunions, and wellness retreats!

Trailmaking

We have so much land to explore here at Talking Water! We are adding a little to our trail each year, connecting more of our 82 acres for guests to explore. There are always new caves, blue holes, climbing rocks, and other beautiful sights to explore!

Earthfriendly Construction

We are fans of earthbuilding at Talking Water! Old pros at plastering and having handbuilt Goldfinch Cabin using Cordwood Construction exterior walls and Hempcrete interior walls, we are psyched to be a part of educating others on earthbuilding techniques.  Click here to read about our upcoming cordwood & cob workshops!

BAM Camp

Shout out to all the Badass Moms out there. Talking Water is pumped to begin hosting Badass Moms Camps (BAM Camps) beginning in Spring 2025. Roll up your sleeves, ladies, and let’s get ready to play like a mother.

Talking Water is opening up to host wellness retreats. Be that therapeutic retreats, yoga, sound bathing, mindfulness, writer’s retreats, religious retreats, or any number of other retreat, we probably have something in the works!
