The remaining balance is due 14 days before your arrival. We accept all major credit cards.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In

Check-in time is 3:00 PM. You’ll receive detailed instructions via email a few days before your arrival.

Check-Out

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you’d like to extend your stay, late check-out is available for an additional fee (subject to availability).

Pet Policy

Pet-Friendly Cabins

We allow dogs in Chickadee, Goldfinch, and Whippoorwill cabins with an $80 pet fee per dog (up to 2 per household). Unfortunately, pets aren’t allowed in Blackbird.

Pet Guidelines

Dogs must remain crated when not with their owners. We’re happy to provide crates if needed. Please ensure that your furry friends are well-behaved and respect the space.

Smoking Policy

Outdoor Only

Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please use the bright yellow cigarette bins provided for proper disposal. Smoking indoors or littering cigarette butts will result in fines and removal from the property.

Children’s Safety

Supervision

We love having kids around, but please supervise them at all times, especially near the creek, trails, and other natural areas. Nature is full of adventure, but it also comes with risks—like snakes, spiders, and uneven terrain.

Environmental Responsibility

Leave No Trace

We’re committed to preserving the natural beauty of Talking Water. Please pack out what you pack in, recycle when possible, and respect the land and its inhabitants.

Swimming Safety

Creek Safety

Suck Creek is a fast-moving creek, and swimming can get risky. Please use common sense about whether or not to get in the water, and never do so without a partner and a working cell phone. We recommend admiring the creek without jumping in.
